Wicked Chaperone Agreement Form and Payment Information
Good Morning,
Thank you for your interest in chaperoning our Grade 3 trip to see Wicked on Thursday, February 26. We are happy to share that you have been chosen to serve as a chaperone (one adult per family).
Important Next Steps for Non-employee Chaperones:
1. Complete the Chaperone Agreement linked below.
2. Submit the $45 payment in this ParentSquare post or drop off cash or check (payable to Gates Chili Central School District) to the Paul Road main office. This payment covers the cost of the chaperone ticket.
We ask that both of these steps be completed no later than Wednesday, February 25. A ticket will only be held for you once payment is received. Tickets are non-refundable.
